HAPPEN has been invited by Bedfordshire County Council to manage the delivery of a major public art commission as part of the redevelopment of Bedford Square, Houghton Regis, which is undergoing a £4 million redevelopment. The principal aim for this commission is to create at least two permanent, stand-alone and robust artworks, which enhance the site and increase its attraction as a focus for shopping and social interaction.
The total value of this commission is: £90,000
